Marjorie Taylor Greene’s 60 Minutes interview, and the resignation of Alina Habba as the US Attorney for New Jersey after her nomination would not go forward in the Senate. Then we discuss Paramount’s making a hostile takeover bid for Warner Bros Discovery, Congress withholding the Pentagon’s travel funds until they turn over the boat strike videos, and the U.S. Supreme Court oral arguments appearing to allow Trump’s power to fire independent agency board members. Next we discuss the rumor that a flood of Republican House members may leave before the midterms handing Democrats control, Jasmine Crockett’s announcement that she is running for the US Senate, and that the Honduras Attorney General issued an international warrant for their ex-president that Trump pardoned. Then we discuss Zelenskyy saying that Ukraine will not cede any territory to Russia, the developer of the ICEBLOCK app suing the Trump administration for censorship and unlawful threats, and the Supreme Court appears likely to further loosen campaign finance limits. Next we discuss Trump’s Klan rally in Mt. Pocono, PA, Democrat Eileen Higgins won the Miami, Florida Mayor race and Democrat Eric Gisler won the special election for Georgia’s House District 121, and that a Federal Judge approved a motion to unseal records in the Ghislane Maxwell probe. Then we discuss a ballot petition in Missouri halting the Republican legislature’s attempt to gerrymander, the Trump administration’s plan to have tourists from 42 countries submit 5 years of social media history to enter the US, and Judge Charles Breyer halting the National Guard deployment in Los Angeles, California. Next we discuss Melania Trump reading a Christmas book to children, Trump’s attempt to pressure the Senate to confirm Lindsey Halligan after a Judge ruled that her appointment was invalid, and the Justice Department’s 3rd failed attempt to get a Grand Jury to indict New York Attorney General Leticia James. Then we discuss the Senate rejection of ACA funding as well as a Republican alternative health care plan, the Indiana Senate’s rejection of Trump’s gerrymandering attempt, and Kilmar Abrego Garcia being released from ICE custody following a Judge’s order. Next we discuss the Republican led House voting to overturn Trump’s executive order ending Federal employee’s unions, how frigid temperatures and public backlash is hampering ICE operations in Minnesota, Kristi Noem’s disastrous Hearing, and Rep. Bennie Thompson dragging an FBI official over his claims about Antifa. Lastly we discuss Trump’s attempt to pardon Tina Peters which is irrelevant to her Colorado state felony convictions, the House release of more Epstein estate photos of Trump, Clinton, Bannon and more, the Justice Department suing 18 states in an effort to access their voter data, and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene allegedly trying to unseat Speaker Johnson before her resignation.
