3596 – March 10, 2025 – The People Have Spoken – Consent of the Governed must be taken seriously by all those we elect. BUT FIRST AND FOREMOST, By We the People! Remember last week when I said, the two parties no longer have the same goal? Liberty is not the goal of the Democrat Party. (Curmudgeon Party) I want to elaborate on these points, and I will take them a bit farther as I believe We the People have an obligation NOW to put an end to the “tomfoolery” that is being performed in the name of “politics.”

 I don’t particularly like using the word Conservative for these comparisons, but let’s use it for now. We the People (conservatives) believe the law – is The Constitution of the United States…. AND it is the law of the land in its origin. We believe (as conservatives) that its origin is transcendent (superior, divine). THEY believe MAN makes the laws, MAN lays down the law… not god… MAN will decide justice.

Conservatives believe the Origin of law is bigger than man… divine creator – Declaration of Independence… YES, I know it is not the Constitution… but it is the origin of our Independence.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…”

THE LEFT believe Laws impower government – the more laws, rules, regulations they can lay down, the more power government has. GOVERNMENT is BIG!

WE believe the Constitution undergirds and secures our rights… our Rights are divinely from God, “endowed by our creator.”

THEY believe Government gives us rights, WE believe Government is only there to protect rights!

We believe in separation of powers – they believe in ONE party… accumulating the powers… making a force of government that RULES OVER they people… THAT is not a Constitutional Republic… that is Tyranny.
