In this episode, I share a deeply personal testimony about what I now see as the spiritual deception of my New Age, New Thought, kundalini yoga years. I reflect on how ideas like “my truth,” self-deification, divination, and spiritual experimentation shaped my thinking, damaged my discernment, and ultimately affected the people I love most, especially my children. From my perspective today, this journey has required a lot of repentance, humility, and a renewed commitment to following Jesus rather than my own ego. I also talk through my experience becoming a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, the red flags I ignored, and the unsettling moments that pushed me to start questioning the practice more seriously. That search led me into researching Yogi Bhajan, White Tantric Yoga, and the broader cover up culture surrounding Kundalini, and I explain why I eventually walked away.
