SEP 24, 202653 MIN

Description

Welcome back to Jane's transformation journey from hustle and burnout to listening to her inner wisdom. This episode starts with good news: Jane's creativity has been flowing since our last session. Then we go somewhere harder, to a belief Jane has carried since childhood that money isn't safe. We trace it back to watching her parents' very different reactions to money coming in. What we find underneath surprises her. There’s a second belief about losing her friends if she doesn't struggle with money, and a pattern where she's been playing out both of her parents' roles around the money she makes and spends. By the end of the episode, Jane gets to rewrite the rules and realize she can be loving and loved with money. Listen to how we rewrite Jane’s old survival rules with tapping. And maybe tap along with us to change your own money blocks. Let's tap! —Nancy P.S. If Jane's money story sounds familiar, and you'd love support untangling your own, let’s talk. A: Some people have trouble holding on to money because they internalize rules and fears, especially in childhood, that subconsciously encourage them to spend or lose any money they receive somehow. A few examples are "Money isn't safe," "I'm not good with money," and "I can't have money AND love." Finding and releasing the specific rules and fears in your subconscious will allow you to follow your conscious decisions to save and invest your money. Q: Am I doomed to repeat the way my parents' handled money? A: No no no. While many people find themselves thinking and acting the same way their parents did around money when they were growing up, you can change that pattern. One powerful way to do that is to surface the rules, beliefs and fears around money in your subconscious and then release them with EFT / Tapping. Then it will be much easier to make and follow conscious choices to handle money the way you want to. Consistently. New to EFT? Here’s the short version. EFT, often called Tapping, is a simple but powerful technique that uses gentle tapping on specific acupressure points to calm your nervous system and create rapid shifts in the brain. (Yes, the science backs this up: cortisol levels drop, the amygdala downregulates, and you feel safer.) People around the world use EFT for everything from emotional healing and chronic pain to confidence, performance, and big goals. Here on EFT Breakthroughs we use Tapping a little differently. We go after the rules, beliefs, and fears running in your subconscious—so taking action feels easier, cleaner, and faster.
