From Postpartum to a Six Figure Profit ft. Cher Goetz

What if the secret to building a successful business wasn't working harder, but building one that actually supports the life you want to live? In this episode of Found-HER, I sit down with Cher Goetz, realtor and coach, for an honest conversation about ditching hustle culture, challenging outdated industry expectations, and building a profit-first, lifestyle-first business. Cher shares how she went from navigating motherhood, burnout, and the pressures of real estate to creating a thriving business rooted in authenticity, community, and genuine human connection. We talk about why relationships will always outperform appearances, the power of showing up unapologetically as yourself, and why you don't need the fancy car, perfect image, or endless hustle to build something extraordinary. We also get into the numbers behind building real financial freedom, including Cher's powerful approach to reverse-engineering revenue goals from the profit you actually want to keep, and how intentional time blocking can help you build a business around your life instead of the other way around. Cher opens up about her current messy middle of writing her first book, overcoming perfectionism, and learning to embrace imperfect action. If you're a female founder feeling the pressure to do it all, this conversation is your reminder that you get to define what success looks like, and you get to build it your own way.
