Running on Empty (& I Have Thoughts!!)

This week, I’m running on very little sleep and one very full brain (shocking, I know!!). Between teething, a never-ending mental to-do list, and an exciting update about buying a house (!!), I’m asking myself an honest question: When did everything - even the things I love - start feeling like another task? I’m talking about the invisible mental load, our obsession with productivity (and why productivity somehow always looks so beautiful and seamless on the internet), and why rest shouldn’t be something we have to earn.
