19. The Hen Do Scammer, a Street Brawl & Poo Hill

Fresh from a hen do in Marseille, we’re bruised, bloated and emotionally bereft. This week: Hannah is accused of defrauding the hen kitty, a tequila-fuelled night ends in a stolen necklace and full-blown street brawl, Jules discovers the horrors of a kebab salad eaten with a dirty tzatziki spoon, and a “little walk to the beach” turns into a two-hour cliff scramble in flip-flops, culminating in the discovery of a place we can only call Poo Hill. There’s also a mysterious USB stick, some deeply irresponsible tarot readings, an encounter with the Marseille police and the dawning realisation that while mentally we’re still absolutely up for it, physically we are in complete disarray. In short: a lovely wholesome girls’ weekend.
