Mortal Kombat (1995): Flawless Victory or Fatality?

Send us Fan Mail Mortal Kombat (1995) isn’t exactly a “great” movie. But man, is it fun. We’re going back to the 90s for a full nostalgia-fueled look at the movie that gave us memorable characters, ridiculous fights, and one of the greatest video game movie theme songs ever. We talk arcade culture, trading fatality codes, Johnny Cage’s ridiculous charisma, Raiden, Shang Tsung, and the things that somehow work way better than they should. We also get into the practical sets, locations, fight scenes, and why Mortal Kombat still has a charm that some modern blockbusters seem to be missing. It may not be perfect, but it absolutely knows what it wants to be. And yes... we’re talking about that theme song. Listen now, and TEST YOUR MIGHT!
