TMT:111 Ammo Talwar On Transforming The Biz’s Diversity Strategy & Championing Birmingham

Welcome to The Money Trench! This week, Mark is joined by Ammo Talwar, founder of Punch Records and Parlay Records. As a Birmingham-based exec and a leading advocate for cultural diversity, Ammo is here to give his thoughts on how the industry can be more inclusive and why more regions of the UK need to be represented. The pair discuss how new genres form within the UK, Ammo’s attempts to help emerging A&Rs, and how diversity boosts growth in the industry.
