Jon and Leigh welcome Regina Kirby back to 50 Days of Dragon Con to chat about about the role of the Senior Director of Programming.

Regina reminds us that the Dragon keeps things tentative until the last moment, it juggles room assignments like Anthony Gatto (a name I totally knew before writing this), and is a balancing act that would make Simone Biles jealous.
