Then came the internet. Just days before leaving her job, Nevada posted a TikTok that went viral with more than three million views. That moment helped her realize that maybe being fully herself online was not something to fear. She began documenting her breakup, dating, fitness journey, and life as a single woman in her late 20s on the Central Coast. One video asking what to do with a jar of love notes from her ex eventually inspired a community bonfire in Grover Beach, where strangers came together to symbolically let go of their own baggage. From there, Nevada started building something bigger. She began producing community events, live dating shows, comedy nights, and social experiences designed around a question a lot of people around here have probably asked themselves: where are all the single people?
