God Sees You, Seeks You, Saves You | The Names of God

Welcome to Woody! What does God see when he looks at us? This message explores the picture of God as a shepherd who sees the individual, searches for those who feel lost, and rejoices when they are found. Using the picture of the lost sheep, we are reminded that we are not overlooked or forgotten. God sees us, knows us and cares for us. He doesn't simply wait for us to find our way back to him — he actively seeks us. The message also points us to Jesus, who came to save humanity and bring us back to God. Through the cross and resurrection, Jesus breaks down the barrier between us and God and offers new life. The challenge for us is not only to receive that good news, but to share it with others. When someone turns to Jesus, there is joy — in our lives and in heaven. Whether you're exploring faith, feeling lost, or have followed Jesus for years, we hope this message encourages you to remember that God sees you, seeks you and loves you.
