With social distancing becoming the new normal and many states now ordering a shelter in place mandate, many families are getting stuck at home together with no place to escape.
With school being canceled and babysitters not being able to help families because of health and safety reasons, families are now trying to work from home, care for their children, manage their relationship, connect with loved ones via phone calls, and not lose their minds. I do not know about you but after a month of stay in place order, I almost lost it. Today's episode I share some of the ups and downs I've been experiencing with social distancing and how I coped with it. I hope my story sheds some light that we are all human, we all have those moments, and that we will get through this together.
Feel free to contact me if you need someone to talk to by sending me an email at [email protected] I am here for you.

My birthing team consists of my OB/GYN which might switch to a midwife depending on where I decide to birth, my doula who I absolutely love, and my partner. Additional support includes my massage therapist, acupuncturist, and my chiropractor for the much-needed self-care and to assist in induction if needed. Check out today's episode to learn more about how to build your birthing team. I want to hear from you...who is on your birthing team?

Preparing for pregnancy can be a very exciting time! However, it can also cause much undue stress.
When trying to conceive, remember that everyone’s biological clock is vastly different. Just because you know someone that may have conceived in a matter of months doesn't mean that is the case for everyone. Similarly, if you’ve heard of others experiencing complications that, also, does not mean that would be relevant to your experience either.
There are a number of tips for preparing your body (and mind) for pregnancy. The healthier you are at the start, the better your chances of having a healthy and happy experience overall.

I am happy they are making a comeback because they work like a charm if you are experiencing any hormonal related issues and want a natural way to increase fertility. Castrol oil packs stimulate your liver to start detoxification and the liver helps promote the regulation of hormones by eliminating excess and allowing the body to rid itself of any toxins that can cause harm to the body. Try this technique 3 times a day for 3 weeks leading to your period and let. me know your results by sending me an email at [email protected]
