For Episode 52, I was joined by Olympian Jazz Carlin. Jazz is a former Team GB & Welsh swimmer, who is no stranger to the podium!
Jazz announced herself on the world stage in 2009, when she won her first senior medal the World Championships in Rome. From there she kicked on and was so close to qualifying for the London Olympics in 2012, only to miss out due to illness. This disappointment stoked the fire, making Jazz even more determined. Her hard work and dedication paid off, winning 2 Silver Medals at Rio 2016!
During our chat, Jazz gives great insight into her career, and gets into what it took to achieve her dream of becoming an Olympian. Jazz also talks about how sport transfers to her current role, her sporting background, preparation from a training and psychological point of view, nutrition and so much more!
