Hi Lovely! We are back with another episode, this time being more practical and reflective. It is soooo common to face moments of slow, moments where it just seems like we aren't making any progress and even moments where we just want to give up in general and regress to our old habits. birthday episode! 22 things i learnt in 22 years. been a heck of a ride but here are some of my fundamental lessons so far <3
1. start small. Start now. One small change. One small act. You never know where that can take you.
2. The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have
3. Learn to enjoy alone time
4. Confidence is just an energy game
5. Do not force anything in your life
6. Ditch the timeline
7. Rejection is redirection
8. A no now is not a no forever
9 No one really knows what they’re doing + there is always time to switch it up
10 Who you surround yourself with is gold
11 Getting out of your comfort zone and facing the fear anyways leads you to such great outcomes
12 Things turn out better than you would have ever imagined
13 Invest in friendships and they don’t have to be your age
14 Keep learning in whatever way that seems, keep an open mind
15 Don’t take things too seriously
16 Rest is a necessity
17 Only work for people who align with your values — do things with intention
18 Nothing is worth more than your happiness and mentality
19 Focus on the depth, the intention, the feeling, not the pretty and superficial
20 Consistency and showing up everyday regardless will take you further than you know
21 It’s up to YOU to create the life you want. No one’s coming to save you.
